First time here but, so far so good. The customer service is excellent. The associate I dealt with, Stephanie, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't get the names of the tellers, but they were all wonderful and very friendly. The only issue I had was the fact that most of this credit union's checking accounts have a monthly maintenance fee and they all require there to be a $50 balance. This is a bit disappointing, because if there is ever an emergency where you need to dip under the requirement, you get charged a fee. Thankfully, at least it's not a $500+ balance requirement.

In NY, the two CU's I've dealt with, didn't require a constant balance and there were no maintenance fees, ever. What can you do, though? The differences between Florida and New York are monumental. I complain but sadly can't do a thing about it.
