I am very pleased that I have been a member of McCoy Federal Credit Union for well over 20 years. I have always been treated well and with respect. And the same this time when meeting with member service representative Donna Pantoja when I resently applied for a personal loan. Both she and the loan officer Anna (whom I hope I have the correct name) were kind, patient and professional during the quick process. They answered all my questions, and the whole process went quickly and smoothly. Thanks to them and the Credit Union, I now have a burden lifted off my shoulders.
