Due to a banking hack I went into the Apopka Branch and sat down with Claude Mendes. He was there to help with closing old account and opening a new one. He was fantastic and helped me all the thru. Even though I was in town and my husband was in WV he walked us both thru the whole procedure gave us info and tips. He made the procedure seamless even though it took a couple hours. He was personable and helpful. Both my husband and I were extremely grateful for everything he did. He is definitely 5 stars in our book.

Adding to this post - I again needed to visit the apopka branch. I was creating savings accounts for my great grand babies. Claude Mendes again sat with me helped me thru the process and gave me additional information for the future of these accounts. Claude is by far the best person to deal with at McCoy and when I do go back later this year he will be the only person that I will deal with. Once again 5 stars for customer service. Thank you Claude.

I am always greeted by the McCoy staff with a smile and the wait time is short. Claude Mendes is an amazing guy.. I came in distressed due to my present auto insurance had not added McCoy as my lienholder. He assisted me by us contacting the company everything was added in a timely matter as well as he guided me in the McCoy log in app to monitor my banking as well as loan information. While visiting the Central Florida Pkwy branch of the McCoy FCU on the afternoon of 11-21-24 to get assist with setting up one of my accounts I had the distinct pleasure of being assisted by not only one, but, by two additional member service representatives who did an absolutely "STELLAR" job of properly addressing my banking concerns. With that being said, I would like to commend the three ladies (Mrs.Sara Arriage, Adjwa Soares-Barnett and Allison Osborne) once again for their display of knowledge, courtesy and professionalism.

I love the customer service is always good, thanks Adjwa Soares Barnett for your help you are awesome. I think McCoy has the best interest rates and always offer good deals, however they need to upgrade or put more money into the operating system so customers and employees can work faster and better.

I wanted to take a moment to compliment the branch manager of the Curry Ford location, Mrs. Sara Quiroscabrera. I have been a loyal customer of McCoy Federal Credit Union for years and Sara has been there for to support me and my family when we need help with account matters, credit cards or general bank questions. She is always very responsive to my concerns and matters are tended to extremely quickly. Sara makes me feel like a VIP member every time I reach out to her. Thank you, Sara, for always being there for our family’s banking needs. It’s truly appreciated.

Going to the bank isn't anyone's idea of a good time, but Aiden actually makes me look forward to my weekly trip to the bank. He is exceptional at his job! Always friendly and remembers me when I come in. He has that rare ability of being friendly yet efficient.

Came here to fix an issue with my debit card and exchange some coins and Aiden was super kind and helpful! Fixed my issue almost immediately and did it with a friendly smile. I’ve had nothing but excellent service at this branch of Mccoy!!

Exceptional Service. Everyone is very helpful and courteous. I visited the L B McLeod Branch today and saw the Assistant Manager helping in Drive Thru. The Manager came over to the Teller Line and took over from a Teller. The Teller was late for her Lunch. What a Team. Very rare you see Teamwork nowadays.

Tried to deposit a 100$ bill in the side ATM and it wouldn't deposit, I then went inside and the issue was taken care of. Amazing customer service!

While visiting the Ocoee branch of the McCoy FCU on 12-30-24, I sought the assistance of a member svc's rep to help me rectify a matter regarding my account. I was greeted by the branch manager (Mrs. Kristina Smith) who offered to assist me. Although, she did make me aware that it was a little after 3 pm and she had not taken a lunch break as of yet. Considering the circumstances at hand, Mrs. Smith welcomed me into her office and gladly facilitated several calls to find a satisfying solution to the reason why I stopped by the bank.
Again, considering the circumstances, I observed that Mrs. Smith displayed a very positive and very pleasant demeanor the entire time that I sat in her office while she assisted me. Because of her very sincere display of member service, I wasn't hesitant to render Mrs. Smith an expression of kudos prior to leaving the bank that day and I informed her that I would certainly render her a "well deserved" positive review on the McCoy FCU website. I would like to give kudos to an employee named Ali in the Kissimmee FL location. For some reason, I couldn't get my debit in the mail. The last time I went to the location, Ali helped me. I explain what was going, she came up with a solution, and told me when they get the card she would call. When I got there, she remembered who I was and continued to give friendly service.
